I will try to take a screen shot of the screen when that happens and post it when I can. The only thing that now worries me is that it's possible for Sharpen AI to crash after the update and I have not been able to find any info on how to recover from that. In all cases, you need the Sharpening AI update. If you have the MX250 and Sharpening AI installed you don’t need the Nvidia driver. If you have the Intel UHD 620 and Sharpen AI installed then you don’t need the MSI driver. It will tell you if you need to download the MSI driver which is normally recommended, but that’s only if you have the Nvidia driver and Sharpening AI installed. In the last release that tool used to only work with the Intel UHD 620, but now it will use the new Nvidia MX250 driver and the Sharpening AI version you have installed. The tool is called “Sharpening AI: “Should I Upgrade?”.
